 Associate, Logistics
1ST SHIFT- $16.50 (8Am-4:30Pm)  2ND SHIFT- $17.50 (1:30Pm to 9:30Pm)

A Logistics Associate I is an entry-level role responsible for performing tasks that indirectly support the shipment and receipt of products. These tasks typically do not require the use of a radio frequency (RF) device and include duties such as box making, order induction (podding), void fill and packing, kitting, re-boxing, postponement, and labeling. Additional responsibilities may involve LTL sorting and pallet building, as well as manual loading and unloading of goods without the use of powered equipment.


Physical Requirements: 
The position requires the ability to use hands and fingers to grasp, push, pull, and reach, including overhead, in relation to product movement and equipment use. Candidates must be capable of standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and stretching as needed for handling and distributing products. Regular lifting and/or moving of items up to 50 pounds is expected, though this may vary by location depending on product specifications. The role may also involve safely climbing and descending stairs, as well as working on a secure mezzanine at heights up to 40 feet, where applicable. For certain roles, certification to operate powered equipment such as Reach and Order Selector forklifts is required, while Driver positions require a valid Class B or Class A commercial vehicle license. The work environment includes regular exposure to moving mechanical parts, temperature ranges between 60 and 90 degrees (occasionally exceeding 90 degrees), and varying noise levels, which may be loud at times. The ability to work overtime as needed is also essential.
