Shift: 1st (4:45 AM – 3:15 PM) - should also be open to work 2nd and 3rd shift

Employment Type: 12-month contract with the potential for full-time absorption based on performance and business needs.

Work with advanced avionics systems and electrical installations critical to aircraft production.
You'll be:

Assisting with the installation, modification, and testing of avionics and electrical systems in aircraft.

Fabricating and routing wire harnesses, electrical components, and fixtures following blueprints, worksheets, and engineering drawings.

Performing basic electrical terminations and system testing using tools such as a multimeter.

Supporting the completion of assigned tasks within allotted timeframes and production schedules.

Maintaining accurate logs and records in accordance with company and FAA documentation standards.

Complying with safety, FOD, tool control, and 5S programs to ensure a clean, efficient work environment.

Caring for and maintaining shop tools and equipment as directed by supervision.

Performing other duties as assigned to support aircraft production and testing.

A High School Diploma or GED (required).

General knowledge of regulatory requirements and customer specifications in aviation.

Ability to use a multimeter and basic electrical testing tools.

Entry-level experience or completion of relevant technical training in aviation electronics or general electrical systems (preferred).

Six (6) months accredited schooling in aviation electronics or a related field (preferred).

A Technical Certificate in aircraft electrical assembly or completion of a Gulfstream-sponsored apprenticeship (preferred).

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematic diagrams.

Strong communication skills and basic computer literacy.

Exposure to advanced manufacturing processes in a high-precision aerospace environment.
