Job Title: BC Operator – Kelly (in partnership with Johnson & Johnson)
Location: San Angelo, TX
Pay Rate: $21.22/hour
Schedule:

• Night Shift: 6:30 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.
• Schedule Pattern: 4 days on / 4 days off continuous run

Overview:
Kelly, in partnership with Johnson & Johnson, is seeking BC Operators for an exciting opportunity at our San Angelo, TX facility. As a BC Operator, you will play a vital role in processing sterile suture products through the BC/SAB equipment. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-driven, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

• Process sterile suture products through BC/SAB equipment following process specifications
• Focus on maximizing machine efficiency and utilization, minimizing nonproductive time
• Report daily, weekly, and monthly department operations
• Load and unload suture products from Non-CFC sterilization processes
• Perform equipment adjustments and tooling changes as necessary
• Comply with packaging requirements and verify documentation
• Transfer packaged products to InTest and/or Hot Room (if applicable)
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation
• Follow all safety regulations and company policies (ISO 13485, ISO14001, OSHAS18001)
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support 24/7 manufacturing operation; must be able to work 12-hour shifts
• Assist with Operator Deep Cleaning Activities for CME and ASW as scheduled
• Responsible for production efficiencies and compliance with process specifications and company standards
• Communicate business-related issues or opportunities to management
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience or relevant training in an industrial/manufacturing environment preferred
• Successful completion of required Safety & Environmental Training
• Completion of Compliance Wire assignments
• Operator Certification (OPCERT) for quality inspection and disposition
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and adherence to compliance standards
