Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $17 per hour Shifts: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM shift (will train on first shift for 1-2 weeks 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) Why you should apply to be Administrative Assistant II:

What's a typical day as Administrative Assistant II? You'll be:
  • Assisting with recruiting responsibilities, including supporting the application process and managing candidate flow
  • Answering phones professionally and courteously
  • Greeting and tracking people entering the facility
  • Maintaining accurate attendance records
  • Proactively handling issues and implementing solutions
  • Reporting to supervisory staff and supporting various administrative duties
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Are bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • Have prior administrative or recruiting experience (preferred)
  • Are dependable, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
