Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Rep in Arlington Heights, IL. Bilingual in English and Japanese is highly preferred.
This is a Direct Hire, Permanent position, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their competitive benefit and vacation package upon hire.

Hours are 9am – 5pm.
Pay info: $85k plus bonus

Job Details

• Generate and follow up on quotes for all products
• Process sales orders
• Create and provide quotations
• Monitor competitors' products and prices
• Negotiate price with suppliers and present to customers
• Work in small team environment, communicating as required with all personnel.
• Develop new suppliers and potential customers
• Maintain good business relationships with existing suppliers and customers
• Manage customer-specific inventories as needed.
• Travel to customers and suppliers as needed (both domestic and international) • Other duties as assigned by the manager.
• Perform for individual and company's sales annual goals and profits
• Cover area - mainly Midwest region (20% Overnight travel monthly)

Skills/Qualifications Required

• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• Work experience in international field is preferred
• Willing to travel throughout the US and abroad
• Strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel (pivot table, v-lookup, etc.)
• Communication skills essential and the ability to effectively communicate with non-native English speakers highly preferred
• Ability to multitask
• Japanese language is highly preferred
