Description

Kelly® is seeking an experienced Business Analyst II to support a leading energy client in Spring, Texas. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for driving enterprise-wide value and designing innovative coverage strategies for the Equipment & Materials category, supporting business objectives and leveraging global intelligence for optimal corporate value. Job Type: 6-month contract (with potential for extension)
Location: Onsite in Spring, TX
Payrate: $66 per hour Key Responsibilities

  • Drive enterprise-wide value by designing and executing coverage strategies for the Equipment & Materials category.
  • Equip the business to manage supply risk, respond to market dynamics, and capture maximum value and scale.
  • Architect and implement data-driven strategies aligned with business needs, with a focus on total cost of ownership.
  • Analyze and leverage internal and external data to develop insights and commercial plans.
  • Assess global supply markets, supplier capabilities, and geopolitical factors to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Foster collaboration across multiple functions and matrix organizations to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Present clear, compelling recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Leverage ExxonMobil scale and disrupt traditional supply systems to create structural value across the organization.
Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar business analyst or procurement analyst role.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence across multiple functions and matrix organizations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in requirements gathering and process mapping.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Visio and MS Office Suite.
  • Expertise in enterprise value identification, value growth, benefit capture, and portfolio value protection.
