Call Center Representative (Onsite)
Alpharetta, GA | $21.00–$21.50/hr | Weekly Pay
Kelly® Professional & Industrial is hiring Call Center Representatives to support a global industry leader at an onsite location in Alpharetta, GA. This is a fully onsite role (remote work is not available).

As a Call Center Representative, your day will include:

Making outbound and receiving inbound calls on accounts up to 30 days past due
-
Identifying the root cause of delinquency and negotiating effective resolutions
-
Educating customers on account status, payment options, and next steps
-
Processing payments and payoffs accurately

Using internal systems and resources to resolve customer inquiries

Following compliance policies and procedures
-
Contributing to a positive customer experience and satisfaction goals

Monday–Friday: Between 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Schedules are posted 3 weeks in advance

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (2–3 Saturdays per month)
This role may be a great fit if you:

Hold a Bachelor's Degree (required)

Live in Georgia and can work onsite in Alpharetta

Have experience in customer service, call center, or soft/relationship collections

Communicate clearly and professionally
-
Can problem-solve and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Have experience with auto-dialer collections (preferred, not required)
