Position Overview: 

 

The?Care Liaison?role is centered on supporting patient service programs by managing prescription referrals and ensuring?accurate,?timely?processing. This position serves as the primary point of contact for referral intake, data entry, and triaging inquiries, while also preparing outbound communications for patients and prescribers. Care Liaisons work cross-functionally with operations teams to?assist?with reimbursement, case management, and pharmacy coordination. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills,?proficiency?in navigating multiple systems, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, regulated environment while?maintaining?patient privacy standards.? 

 

Equipment Shipment: 

  • Equipment shipping is usually initiated at least a week prior to your first day of work. Please note that monitors and peripherals will be shipped separately from the laptop. 

 

 

Training Overview: 

  • Training will be virtually facilitated. Additional information, along with any necessary invitations to meetings, will be provided by Innovative Medicine. Please monitor your personal email address in the days leading up to your start date.?  

  • Things to Expect: 

  • Discussion of Innovative Medicine Policies and Procedures  

  • Meeting with Innovative Medicine leadership and training teams 

  • KellyConnect New Employee Orientation- policy overview & timekeeping  

  • Please Remember: 

  • Arrive to all meetings on time. 

  • Have your camera on and functional at all times. 

  • Have a functioning microphone (keeping it muted unless speaking). 

  • Use the “raise hand” emoji to be called on. 

  • Take notes and be engaged. 

 

 

First Day Information:

  • Tim will be your ongoing contact while working with KellyConnect. Please reach out to him for any concerns. He will regularly check in with you! 

  • First Day Things to Know:  

  • You will need to join using your personal computer, phone, or other personal device if you have not received your laptop and cannot log-in. 

  • The J&J IT team will be on the on the call to walk all employees through logging into their J&J laptops and then move you to the Team's meeting on your J&J device once all employees are able to login.  

  • The rest of day 1 will be fixing IT-related issues and determining who hasn't received all their equipment and New Employee Orientation (NEO) with the Kelly and J&J teams. 

  • Please note that while day 1 starts at 9am; subsequent days are 8am–5pm. 

 

Pay Rate: 

  • $23.50 per hour 

 

Work Schedule: 

  • Monday to Friday, work hours will be between 8am-8pm Eastern Time—a specific schedule will be confirmed.  

  • Overtime is not permitted during training  

 

Dress Code/Workspace/Cell Phones:  

  • Business casual  

  • Cell phones are not allowed during training or during working hours. Keep your phones silent and out of sight. 

 

Time Processing & Pay Details: 

  • You will submit all hours worked in Kelly Web Time. 

  • Instructions will be provided during KellyConnect's portion of the New Employee Orientation. Tim and KellyConnect's HR Team will be joining the training class to walk you through these steps on your first day. 

  • KellyConnect processes time weekly. Your first paycheck will be issued on April 10, 2026, for the hours worked the week of March 30, 2026.
