Opportunity to work on high-exposure claims in key Southeast jurisdictions

Immediate openings for candidates with 2 weeks' notice or less

Strengthen your litigation, adjudication, and negotiation expertise with a leading claims management organization

Managing complex workers' compensation claims from investigation through resolution
-
Developing strategic action plans for timely, cost-effective outcomes
-
Calculating and issuing benefits and reserves
-
Negotiating settlements within authority levels
-
Coordinating litigation and managing vendor referrals
-
Preparing and submitting state filings within statutory limits
-
Identifying subrogation opportunities and handling recoveries
-
Maintaining accurate documentation and professional communication with clients and claimants
-
4+ years of workers' comp claims experience in Southeast jurisdictions: AL, GA, FL, NC, SC, TN (required)

Availability to start immediately or within 2 weeks

A bachelor's degree (preferred)

Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills

Solid knowledge of state workers' comp laws, medical management practices, and cost-containment strategies

High attention to detail and professional communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel)
