Clamp Forklift Operator – Immediate Openings 

Location: Fairburn, GA 
Shifts Available: 

  •   Mid Shift (10:00am–6:00pm) – $19.75/hr 

  •  2nd Shift (3:30pm–12:30am) – $19.75/hr  

 
 

Position Overview: 

We are seeking experienced Clamp Forklift Operators to join our team. Candidates must have prior clamp truck experience, specifically handling appliances or similar materials. This role involves moving, stacking, and organizing large items with precision and care. 

 
 

Candidate Requirements: 

  • Clamp truck experience is required (not just standard forklift). 

  • Must be familiar with handling appliances or similar bulky materials. 

  • Must have reliable transportation and live within a reasonable commuting distance. 

  • Steel-toed shoes are required for the interview and on the job. 

  • No formal business attire needed, but candidates should be presentable. 

  • A strong work ethic and attention to safety are essential. 

 
 

Interview & Testing Expectations: 

Candidates will be evaluated on the following during the interview process: 

  1. Understanding and use of clamp levelers 

  2. Proper seatbelt and mirror adjustments 

  3. Safety protocols (e.g., blowing horn when exiting charging station) 

  4. Ability to clamp single and multiple materials 

  5. Safe driving practices (e.g., material properly lowered, horn usage) 

  6. Returning materials to correct locations 

  7. Proper parking and plugging in of clamp equipment 

Candidates who successfully demonstrate at least 5 of these tasks may be considered for training. Familiarity with stacking up to 4 units high is a plus.
