We are looking for experienced CNC Machine Operators to join our team in a direct hire capacity. This role involves setting up and operating CNC machines, running parts, and working with a variety of metal materials. You will be responsible for ensuring quality and efficiency in the production process. Key Responsibilities:
- Set up CNC machines for production runs and run parts while monitoring quality.
- Break down setups for new jobs and switch configurations for various components.
- Operate mills, lathes, and multiple machines simultaneously.
- Work with transfer case components
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety standards.
- Handle heavy lifting and work with parts ranging from 9” x 4” x 2” to 1/8” x 1”.
- Minimum of 5 year of CNC machine experience, specifically with mills and lathes.
- Ability to manage multiple setups and operate machines efficiently.
- Familiarity with various metal types and safe operation practices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Competitive pay starting at $25.00 per hour, with higher rates available for experienced candidates.
