We are a dynamic manufacturing company specializing in producing high-quality parts from various metals, including bronze, steel, brass, and stainless steel. Our team is dedicated to excellence, and we are currently seeking skilled individuals to join us. Position Summary:
We are looking for experienced CNC Machine Operators to join our team in a direct hire capacity. This role involves setting up and operating CNC machines, running parts, and working with a variety of metal materials. You will be responsible for ensuring quality and efficiency in the production process. Key Responsibilities:

• Set up CNC machines for production runs and run parts while monitoring quality.
• Break down setups for new jobs and switch configurations for various components.
• Operate mills, lathes, and multiple machines simultaneously.
• Work with transfer case components
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety standards.
• Handle heavy lifting and work with parts ranging from 9” x 4” x 2” to 1/8” x 1”.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 year of CNC machine experience, specifically with mills and lathes.
• Ability to manage multiple setups and operate machines efficiently.
• Familiarity with various metal types and safe operation practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
