Collections Analyst

$35-38/hr
*Position is fully onsite
Kelly is seeking a Collections Analyst to work with our client, a leader in the biotech industry, on a temporary basis for at least 6 months at their Sunnyvale campus. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the organization's accounts receivable and collections team.
The Collections Analyst will be responsible for the collection of B2B customer invoices and ad-hoc assigned projects.
Specifically, the Collections Analyst will:
- Work closely with customers, order management, and the sales teams while handling day-to-day collections
- Participate in various process improvements which will allow the AR team to scale activities as well as make them more efficient
- Participate in ad hoc projects such as: escheatment, account reconciliations, short-pay research, and audit work etc. as needed
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and schedules
- Help define scope, objectives, and deliverables, along with coordinating meetings, agendas and documentation
- 3+ years of related work experience
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills with an emphasis on V- lookups and pivot tables
- Experience with SAP software highly preferred, but not required
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy and quality
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple key tasks simultaneously
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
