What a typical day as an  Commercial Agreements Admin II might look like: 
l Review and analyze large volume of contracts efficiently and accurately for specific business and legal terms (no legal expertise required)
l Reading complex commercial agreements with meticulous attention to detail, while analyzing and identifying key information
l Entering relevant contract information and data into CRM and CLM databases
l Must be able to review documents electronically on a computer screen for continued periods of time
l Being a team player and working with Contracts and Legal team to meet on-time deliverables and support project deadlines
l  Report out on daily/weekly progress with manager, highlight any questions or support needs

 
 This job might be an outstanding fit if you: 
l knowledge of or appetite for contractual agreements. Previous experience reviewing and working with commercial agreements preferred
l close attention to detail and ability to work quickly while reading and reviewing a large volume of contracts, without sacrificing quality
l critical thinking skills to aid in analysis and digestions of dense, voluminous contract documents
