Are you a highly organized and proactive professional with a passion for supporting dynamic project teams? A leading firm is seeking an experienced Project Administrator with construction experience to play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations for complex construction and engineering projects.
This is a long term contract with excellent compensation and a full benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare project reports, documentation, and assist in project programming.
- Manage and resolve CID entries, complaints, and supplier issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project files and archives for efficient project delivery.
- Assist in organizing workshops, conferences, seminars, and training events.
- Develop presentations and project documentation as required.
- Take meeting minutes and ensure prompt, accurate distribution to all relevant parties.
- Track and follow up on action points arising from meetings.
- Support the ongoing development and improvement of project delivery processes.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation for project teams.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, handling essential office duties.
- Adhere to Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality management procedures.
- Maintain project tracking spreadsheets, including staff whereabouts, commissioning status, and team holiday planner.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative role within the construction industry.
- Strong skills in Procore are a huge plus
- Advanced proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of project management methodologies.
- Experience with Microsoft Project (preferred).
- Experience in engineering environments (desirable).
- Trustworthy, reliable, and highly professional.
- Exceptionally well-organized and attentive to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Resilient and able to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities under pressure.
