Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$25/hr
Job Type: Full-time, Temporary/contract role with extensions; 1-3months

What's a typical day as Talent Acquisition Specialist? You'll be:
• Conducting high-volume outbound phone screens for candidates applying to open production and hourly roles.
• Evaluating candidates' fit based on job requirements and coordinating next steps in the hiring process.
• Collaborating with site HR teams and hiring managers across multiple locations to streamline the hiring process.
• Supporting data entry and reporting efforts using the Microsoft Office Suite to maintain accurate records.
• Managing candidate flow in or alongside the Workday applicant tracking system (ATS) (preferred but not required).

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have prior experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, particularly in high-volume settings (must have).
• Possess strong communication skills and the ability to evaluate candidates effectively (must have).
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Workday ATS is a plus (preferred).
