Control Panel Technician
Largo FL
1st shift 6am-2:30pm
Pay DOE $20-$22
As a Control Panel Technician, you will layout, assemble, and wire complex industrial control panels that support critical water and wastewater systems. You will play a key role in building panels that control the movement of water to cities, municipalities, and homes, ensuring reliable infrastructure for our clients.
Key Responsibilities

• Layout and assemble industrial control panels according to engineering drawings.
• Wire electrical control panels using schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and bills of materials (BOM).
• Perform point-to-point wiring and component mounting.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure panels meet specifications and safety standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve design or build issues.

Required Skills & Experience
To succeed in this role, you must have experience with:

• Assembling and wiring industrial control panels.
• Reading and working from blueprints, electrical schematics, and bills of materials.
• Applying electrical theory and performing electrical measurements.
• Using hand tools and performing light metal fabrication.
• Maintaining high attention to detail and workmanship standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in water and wastewater systems (a plus).
• Familiarity with UL standards and industrial control panel compliance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and test completed panels.
