Pay: $31.00/hour

About the Role
Kelly® is partnering with a leading automotive component manufacturer in Columbus, IN, to hire a Corporate Training Program Coordinator. This is a hybrid role (mostly remote) where you'll help deliver engaging learning programs that foster growth, belonging, and connection.

What You'll Do
• Coordinate training events, schedules, and logistics
• Track attendance, progress, and maintain rosters
• Draft and share communications across teams
• Analyze data and generate participation reports
• Gather feedback and recommend process improvements
What You'll Bring
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (required)
• 5–7 years in training, learning & development, or program coordination
• Strong written/verbal communication skills and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service in diverse or executive-facing settings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Forms)
