Here's What You'll Do:

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and faxes—delivering top-notch support
  • Process customer orders and resolve questions with a smile
  • Support our sales team and build customer relationships
  • Keep things running smoothly using SAP
What You Bring:
  • Call center experience (min. 2 years, SAP a must!)
  • Multitasking mastery & a teamwork attitude
  • Live in Southern California or Orange County
