Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $15 - $18 per hour
Shift: 8-hour shift to be scheduled between the hours of 8am and 8pm

What's a typical day as a Customer Service Advocate? You'll be:
- Providing prompt, accurate, thorough, and courteous responses to all customer inquiries—via phone, written communication, web, or in-person.
- Handling both routine and non-routine inquiries, including those requiring extensive research or deviation from standard procedures.
- Accurately documenting all customer interactions and inquiries.
- Initiating or processing adjustments and coordinating with other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Responding to and assisting with priority inquiries and management-designated special projects.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on complaints, customer comments, and recommendations for process improvements.
- Following departmental productivity, quality, and timeliness standards.
- Assisting with the training and cross-training of new and existing employees.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have at least 1 year of prior experience in customer service, call center, claims management, or a related field (must have).
- Possess strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Have strong computer skills and familiarity with MS Office Products and using dual monitors.
- Are detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records.
- Have open availability to work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 8am and 8pm.
- Are open to cross-training and supporting process improvements.
- Are able to work onsite at the client location in Columbia, SC.
