Note:
Work Locations: You will be working at 4 different customer sites in Boise.
Driving: You must use your personal vehicle to get to work. You may also need to drive between sites during the day.
Parking: Parking fees vary by site (up to $20/day). We will reimburse you for commute mileage beyond the first 15 miles each way.
Flexible scheduling is required.
Some sites may open as early as 6 AM.
Some sites may stay open as late as 7 PM or later.
Some locations may be open on weekends.
What a typical day as an Customer Service Coordinator I might look like:
This temp will be acting as a customer service coordinator that travels to various business locations in the Boise, ID area.
This person will learn the basic services Ricoh provides and work to fill in support for full-time team members who are out on vacation or sick.
The role is mobile and dynamic, meaning it changes often day to day pending staff absences etc.
All training is provided on site and with temp hire, but a strong customer service presence is required.
On-site business services include: Hospitality, reception, print, mail.
Someone who is flexible, has a positive attitude, enjoys learning new things, takes initiative and a great communicator would be successful in this role.
Temp should be able to stand for extended periods, bending, stooping, and lifting 30 lbs unassisted.
The assignment length is temp to hire.
No set end date.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Requires high school diploma plus 12 months of related work experience.
Post High School education encouraged and preferred.
Could be required to move locations in one day should the business require it.
Also, ability to cover accounts between 40-50 miles.
May require valid, violation-free driver's license along with reliable transportation and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage per client policy.
Requires intermediate skill level on most common software applications including file folder management and navigating to network production folders.
Must maintain and accurately submit monthly expenses in a timely manner following proper coding requirements.
