Company: [Company Name] Position Overview We are seeking a highly proficient Solutions Specialist II who excels in debt collection and is fully capable in all Level I duties. The ideal candidate will effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, possess outstanding interpersonal skills, and exhibit expertise in member service, collections, and collaboration. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate proficiency in all Level I Solutions Specialist responsibilities (see the Solutions Specialist I document for details).
  • Serve as a highly skilled debt collector, utilizing sound judgment to consistently achieve goals in a compliant manner.
  • Assist members with financial needs by recommending Patelco products, services, or other debt counseling resources.
  • Collaborate with Financial Centers and Call Centers to resolve member issues efficiently.
  • Manage and control assigned manual and auto dialer queue(s).
  • Advise management on the disposition of delinquent loans for actions such as small claims court, repossession, credit revocation, field investigation, or legal action per established guidelines.
  • Conduct skip-tracing to locate delinquent members.
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of relevant policies and procedures.
  • Provide training to new team members.
  • Assist with departmental reporting and special projects as needed.
  • Meet and often exceed performance goals.
  • Work under general supervision within established guidelines, with limited decision-making authority.
  • Support management directives and implement decisions as required.
  • Authorized to waive fees up to $150.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 2-Year College Degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of consumer and real estate collection experience.
  • Previous customer service experience required.
  • Skip tracing experience.
  • Proficient typist (35 WPM).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
