What's a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You'll be:
• Receiving customer inquiries via telephone calls and e-transactions regarding orders, payments, and cash applications.
• Issuing call tags, credits, and tracing customer order shipments while maintaining confidential and highly sensitive information.
• Interacting with Sales and Distribution Center teams to address product and customer inquiries, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have at least 1 year of related experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Possess strong telephone etiquette and the ability to handle a high volume of calls effectively.
• Are detail-oriented with good time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
