Customer Service Representative About the Role
We're seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Mail and Client Support Specialist to join our team in Las Vegas. In this role, you'll process incoming VO/RA mail and SOPs, manage client communications, and assist with daily office operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and looking for a long-term opportunity with growth potential.
Location: 100% Onsite – Las Vegas, NV
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20.50/hour
Duration: 3 months (possibility to extend or convert to permanent)

Process VO mail and RA mail daily.

Handle SOPs promptly (9 AM–3 PM).

Provide client support via phone, chat, and email — starting with basic inquiries and growing into more complex tasks.

Open and close the office (key and alarm code provided upon conversion).

Conduct weekly USPS mail drops, including registered mail as needed.

Deliver monthly reports/forms to designated USPS locations.

Manage office supply orders, adding items to carts weekly for approval.

Provide backup support to teammates as required.

Handle cash for money orders and postage.

Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, insurance, and vehicle registration.

Cell phone for contact and app logins.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Solid communication and customer service abilities.

Basic computer literacy and comfort learning new systems.

Dependability and accountability for daily office operations.

State filing experience is a plus but not required.
