  • Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday
  • Employment Type: 4 month-contract
What's a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You will:
  • Front Desk Operations (40%)
    Greet visitors, manage a multi-line phone system, screen emails, and handle all incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries—all while maintaining a professional and welcoming reception environment.
  • Data Entry & Records (35%)
    Accurately input client/vendor information, audit digital records, scan and index physical documents, and update accounts with detailed notations to ensure top-notch data integrity.
  • Administrative Support (15%)
    Schedule appointments and meeting rooms, review documents, and assist with the preparation of internal memos, invoices, and basic reports.
  • Safety & Compliance (10%)
    Maintain visitor logs, support adherence to office security protocols, and contribute to a safe, compliant work environment.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 1–2 years in a receptionist or data-intensive administrative position.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and experience with CRM or database systems.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry under deadlines.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Calm, welcoming demeanor in a high-traffic environment.
  • Physical Requirements: Primarily sedentary with some occasional lifting (up to 20 lbs); comfortable working with computers for most of the day.
  • Work Environment: Standard office setting with moderate noise from foot traffic and phone calls.
