Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Short-term Contract ending 12/31/2025
- Pay Rate: $21.65/hr
- Shift: M-F 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Location: 320 west capitol usable corp center building
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure final resolution of customer inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
- Document detailed information relevant to each customer contact.
- Conduct system research and collaborate with experts in other areas of the company as needed.
- Strive for “first time resolution” to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while managing multiple interactions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; OR
- Two (2) years of college coursework (at least 48 credit hours) plus one (1) year of experience in a specialized customer service environment; OR
- High school diploma or equivalent with two (2) years of experience in a specialized customer service environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in general office tasks and comfortable in an office setting.
