Job Title: Cycle Counter (Long-Term Temporary)
Location: Highland Park, MI
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 7:00 PM – 3:30 AM
Requirements: Must have a HiLo license

Job Summary:
Kelly Services is partnering with Dialog Direct to hire a dependable and detail-oriented Cycle Counter to support warehouse operations in Highland Park, MI. This is a long-term temporary position. The Cycle Counter is responsible for performing routine inventory counts, ensuring inventory accuracy, and supporting general warehouse duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts of inventory items
  • Verify stock accuracy by comparing physical counts to system records
  • Identify and report inventory discrepancies
  • Record count results and assist with inventory adjustments
  • Maintain accurate documentation and inventory records
  • Operate RF scanners and computer systems as required
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, stocking, and general warehouse support as needed

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous inventory, warehouse, or stockroom experience preferred
  • Must have a HiLo license
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer and math skills
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand on your feet for extended periods
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexible and willing to assist in other areas as needed
