Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Agronomy Content Specialist to empower our agronomy experts in creating impactful video content aimed at grower segments where we currently have limited representation. This role involves providing comprehensive training and best practices for content creation, alongside editing and optimizing videos to align with our digital platform strategies. As a centralized resource, you will enhance the content creation process, ensuring it is streamlined and effective.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Editing & Execution (50%)
- Collaborate on creative concepts and development aligned with specific marketing pillars and social media activations.
- Edit video content to adhere to platform strategies established by Central Marketing (YouTube, SnapChat, etc.).
- Publish and promote approved content across various platforms, ensuring clear KPIs are set for performance measurement.
- Enhance video visibility by adding searchable metadata.
- Participate in Answer Plot Live events to capture engaging content.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in editing, with strong proficiency in audio enhancement, captioning, color grading, and adapting content for different platforms.
- Utilize advanced software tools effectively, bringing in any necessary software to achieve high-quality results.
Training & Development (25%)
- Conduct training sessions on best practices and content improvement strategies.
- Provide constructive feedback to content creators to drive continuous improvement.
- Introduce innovative ideas for digital learning and audience engagement.
- Communicate optimization opportunities back to the content team, developing ongoing performance narratives for reporting and training.
- Create a standardized training platform tailored for a diverse range of professionals, supporting both tech-savvy and less experienced team members.
Project & Timeline Management (15%)
- Collaborate with regional hubs and national accounts to ensure alignment with planned content and major initiatives.
- Align with internal and external stakeholders on creative content review, ensuring it meets business objectives and fits into organized content plans and timelines.
Digital Experience Coordination (10%)
- Work proficiently under tight deadlines during peak seasons to maintain content relevance.
- Commit to a Service Level Agreement that guarantees a response to content creators within one business day and a two-business-day turnaround for in-season content.
- Regularly monitor and evaluate content functionality and tracking effectiveness.
- Analyze performance against KPIs to identify and act on optimization opportunities in real-time.
Additional Requirements:
- A successful background check and drug test must be completed prior to the commencement of the assignment.
