Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Location: Wilsonville, OR
- Pay Rate: $20/hr-$22/hr DOE
- Shift: Day shift!
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare, quality check, and ship finished goods according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure on-time and accurate shipments.
- Pack, ship, receive, and maintain inventory of products and raw materials while fulfilling customer orders.
- Examine, stock, and distribute materials in inventory efficiently.
- Handle goods received and process purchase orders to maintain stock supplies and raw materials for multiple labs across the company.
- Assist with Quality Assurance assessments for discrepancy reports related to material handling.
- Maintain a highly organized work environment (5S) to facilitate a smooth flow of materials, system data, and documents during order fulfillment.
- Communicate clearly and efficiently with colleagues across the organization to resolve issues with transportation carriers and internal teams.
- Continuously improve the quality system and achieve quality objectives through daily actions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in roles where attention to detail and documentation is critical to success.
- Proven experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with order fulfillment processes (pick/pack/QC/ship) of custom products.
- Functional knowledge of international shipping, booking shipments, and inventory control.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Ability to work safely with chemicals and hazardous materials.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
Strongly Preferred:
- Experience with MRP software (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle).
- Ability to work in ISO, GMP, and LEAN manufacturing environments and follow lean manufacturing concepts.
- Training in CAPA, HAZMAT, Chemical Hazards, Forklift, and Safety.
