Description

Janitorial company is looking for an Operation Manager for DIRECT HIRE.
Main responsibility include:
* Interface with clients , providing site walks and up selling services, providing pricing.
* Supervise specialty job and crews as needed
* Ensuring staffing is filled and working with HR team when staffing / replacements are needed 
* Reporting- Must be able to create detailed reports regarding clients , sites and P&L  for client sites. 

Must be bilingual in Spanish

$75,000 - $80,000 a year
