Location: Lanham, MD | Pay: $28–$34/hr | Schedule: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM | Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Do
  • Restore & Revive: Repair, upgrade, and program MSI two-way radios for federal government subscribers
  • Hands-On Expert: Set up, adjust, and operate advanced test equipment just like the pros
  • Problem Solver: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues using detailed documentation and procedures
  • Quality Champion: Monitor performance, conduct test runs, and ensure every device meets top standards before shipment
  • Data Dynamo: Collect and report test data—accuracy matters!
  • Clean & Ship: Prepare and maintain equipment for shipment, ensuring readiness every step of the way
Your Mission in the First 3 Months
  • Master all training and work independently—fast!
  • Drive repair throughput and quality
  • Support team documentation and compliance
What You Bring
  • Associate's degree in Electronics Engineering/Technology (or equivalent hands-on experience)
  • Strong understanding of RF and electronics theory
  • Comfort with two-way radios and RF comms
  • Windows and Google Suite proficiency
  • Top-notch communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
  • Repair center or customer service background a huge plus

Bonus Points For:

  • Cell phone or laptop repair prowess
  • MSI product experience
  • Networking or computer hardware skills
