Estamos buscando un OPERADOR DE ENSAMBLAJE hábil y detallista.
 
Como operador de ensamblaje, serás responsable de ensamblar y operar varios componentes y maquinaria en un entorno de fabricación. Tu precisión y atención al detalle serán cruciales para garantizar la producción de productos de alta calidad. Esta es una excelente oportunidad para contribuir al éxito de una empresa líder en la industria de dispositivos médicos.
 
Especificaciones del trabajo:
- Tipo de trabajo: Tiempo completo y parcial
- Ubicación: Maricao, Puerto Rico
- Tasa de pago: $10.50 + diferncial de turno
- Turno: 3er Turno:  10:30pm - 6:30am y/o 11:00pm - 7:00am / Fines de Semana:  6am - 6pm
 
Roles y responsabilidades:
- Realizar tareas de ensamblaje de acuerdo con los procedimientos y especificaciones establecidos
- Operar y supervisar maquinaria y equipo para garantizar un flujo de producción fluido
- Inspeccionar los productos terminados para verificar su calidad y cumplimiento de las especificaciones
- Solucionar problemas y resolver cualquier problema que pueda surgir durante el proceso de ensamblaje
- Mantener un área de trabajo limpia y organizada para garantizar la seguridad y eficiencia
- Seguir todos los protocolos y pautas de seguridad para minimizar riesgos y accidentes
- Colaborar con los miembros del equipo y los supervisores para optimizar los procesos de producción
- Documentar datos de producción y mantener registros precisos del trabajo realizado
 
Calificaciones y habilidades:
- Diploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente
- Excelente atención al detalle y precisión en el trabajo
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera efectiva en un entorno acelerado y orientado al trabajo en equipo
- Buena comunicación y habilidades interpersonales
- No requiere experiencia previa.
