What's a typical day as Event Marketing Specialist? You'll be:
  • Supporting and managing tradeshow participation, including travel arrangements across market segments
  • Coordinating with various teams to determine booth assets for events
  • Managing inventory of booth properties and display instruments
  • Assisting in executing regional tradeshows and events calendar
  • Submitting exhibit applications and managing logistical requirements for events
  • Assisting in the creation and implementation of marketing communication campaigns
  • Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
  • Have 1-3 years of experience in event planning, tradeshow and marketing
  • Possess a basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Have experience managing projects from inception to completion
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills
  • Have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Have a valid driver's license and the ability to travel
  • Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 40lb, any other physical requirements
