 We're seeking a Document Control Assistant to work at a leading organization in Dallas, TX. This opportunity could be the one you've been looking for.

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $22.00/hour Shift: 1st  7-330 Monday-Friday Steel toe boots are required   What's a typical day as Document Control Assistant? You'll be:
  • Facilitating the flow of information across the company, ensuring documentation is accurate, accessible, and compliant.
  • Writing, updating, issuing, and maintaining QA documents such as SOPs, Work Instructions, Forms, Technical Files, Master Manufacturing Records, Batch Records, and Specifications.
  • Developing and improving quality processes and supporting the change control process.
  • Coordinating periodic review of SOPs and collaborating with subject matter experts for document development.
  • Assisting Quality Management in establishing, implementing, and maintaining the quality management system.
  • Administering document control software, assigning document control numbers, managing user rights, and overseeing document status reports.
  • Providing requested documents for regulatory and audit purposes, and complying with company SOPs and policies.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a Bachelor's degree or at least three years of work experience in a Quality Management position (required).
  • Are proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking), with strong technical writing and document design skills.
  • Have experience navigating document control software; familiarity with Ensur is a plus.
  • Possess good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry in an ERP system.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Can lift up to 15 lbs., and are comfortable with sitting, standing, and using office equipment for extended periods.
  • Show initiative, attention to detail, and a learning orientation.
