(Requiere vehículo propio en buenas condiciones, Se paga salario por hora + millaje, cuando sale a atender otras oficinas)
• Oportunidad de trabajar con equipos de fotocopiado de vanguardia, impresoras y escáneres
• Ambiente de trabajo colaborativo y de apoyo
¿Cómo es un día típico como Facilitador Técnico? Estarás:
• Responsable de la gestión de inventario de suministros
• Responsable de la lectura de medidores y suministro de papel en impresoras
• Coordinando los equipos de remoción, instalación y capacitación
• Proporcionando informes y respondiendo llamadas de nivel de servicio 1
• Satisfaciendo la demanda diaria del cliente resolviendo situaciones básicas de equipos con fotocopiadoras, impresoras y escáneres
• Contactando al Soporte Técnico de IT para obtener ayuda con reparaciones o programación y coordinando soluciones para los clientes
Este trabajo podría ser perfecto para ti si:
• Tienes conocimientos de equipos de fotocopiado, impresoras, escáneres o tecnología relacionada
• Estás disponible para trabajar de 8am a 5pm - Lunes a viernes
• Tienes excelentes habilidades para resolver problemas y servicio al cliente
