Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Facilities TCM Technician to join our team. As a Facilities TCM Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and operating chemical and gas delivery systems that support our High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) processes. Your responsibilities will include performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on chemical, solvent, and gas systems. You will also be responsible for diagnosing process issues, interpreting data, and ensuring the smooth operation of our bulk chemical and gas delivery systems. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a focus on safety.

Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Location: 4500 S Dobson Rd Chandler AZ 85248
- Pay Rate: $25-26/hr
- Shift: Compressed workweek schedule (days and nights), 12-hour shifts rotating from three to four days a week

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Interact with engineering and other technicians to maintain sophisticated chemical and gas delivery systems
- Operate and maintain chemical and gas delivery systems supporting High Volume Manufacturing
- Perform routine preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on chemical, solvent, and gas systems
- Utilize quality systems to diagnose process issues and interpret data related to bulk chemical and gas delivery systems
- Utilize analytical equipment and Preventative Excursion Management Systems
- Understand and diagnose analytical data using Cimplicity/SCADA Systems

Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to interact with manufacturing and other stakeholders within a diverse organization
- Role modeling safety and attention to detail in handling hazardous materials
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office applications and maintenance documentation platforms
- Willingness to work in a team environment and possess positive interpersonal skills
- Personal focus on safety for themselves and other team members

Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate of Science degree in STEM or 1+ years of experience in Bulk Chemical and Gas Delivery Systems maintenance and troubleshooting
- Military Experience considered in lieu of an associate's degree
- Willingness to work a compressed workweek schedule (days and nights) and on holidays/weekends when required
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, pull 250 lbs, and spend the majority of shift time on the floor working on tool sets, walking 3-5 miles a day, and/or standing/sitting for 9 hours
- Ability to work with personal protective equipment (PPE), at heights, and climb ladders
- Experience operating PIT forklifts and pallet jacks
- Ability to multitask and carry a team duty phone

Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant experience with facilities chemical and gas distribution systems
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and analytical/metrology equipment used in the area
- Knowledge of chemical nomenclature and gases used in a semiconductor processing facility
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pumps, valves, and PLC control logic
- Experience with chemical blending systems and operations
