Substitute Cafeteria Workers Needed for Horry County School District, SC
Job Description: Join the Horry County School District as a Substitute Food Service Employee. You will work in the cafeteria and assist the kitchen with preparing food, serving, and general cleaning.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED or higher
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to follow oral and written directions
- Effective organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Understanding and respect for diverse cultures
- Compliance with OSHA and school safety regulations
- No misdemeanors/felonies within the last 7 years. Violent charges are never accepted with the Horry County Schools regardless of date.
- Work under the supervision of the School District's full-time kitchen staff
- Dress appropriately as per KE Standards of Professional Conduct
- Assist the kitchen with preparing food; Openings large cans, mixing ingredients, serving food on treys, etc...
- Assist in cleaning and maintence
- Follow cleaning and sanitation rules and procedures
- Ensure proper care, use, and safety of chemicals and equipment
- $15.00 per hour pay rate
