Fabrication Grinder – Temporary Assignment
Location: Cerritos, CA
Pay Rate: $17/hour
BILINGUAL SPANISH REQUIRED

Schedule
• Monday–Thursday: 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
• Friday: 5:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

About the Role
We are seeking a Fabrication Grinder to assist in our grinding booth and support fabrication operations. This position is physically demanding and requires strong attention to detail. Bilingual Spanish required.

Responsibilities
• Work in the grinding booth to prepare fabricated parts for outside processing
• Smooth welds, joints, and surface irregularities according to job documentation
• Follow all safety procedures and properly handle tools and equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform additional general labor duties as needed

Requirements
• Ability to perform heavy physical labor throughout the shift
• Ability to read and follow job documentation and detailed instructions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
• Manufacturing or fabrication experience is a plus
