Job Title: Groundskeeper – Field Tester (Power Equipment)

Location: On-site (Shifts: 1st – 6:00am-2:30pm
Pay: $15/hour
Bonus: $125/week for hours worked above 35 hours
Job Description:
Kelly is seeking motivated Groundskeepers (Field Testers) to join our team. In this role, you will be testing riding and walk-behind lawn mowers and related powered equipment. Your feedback is crucial—after each test, you will complete a form on your experience, noting likes/dislikes, performance, and providing comments or suggestions.
Responsibilities:
- Test transmissions, frames, and various steering wheel configurations
- Operate power equipment in group settings
- Complete and enter equipment evaluation forms into a database
- Participate in snow blower testing (potential extended assignment)

- On-the-job training on all powered vehicles (throttled down until you're comfortable and trained)

Requirements:
- Steel-toed shoes/boots (required)
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (work may be called off due to inclement weather)
- Willingness to provide honest, detailed feedback on equipment
- Team player with strong communication skills
