- Safely transporting and handling heavy aircraft components and aviation materials within the facility.
- Operating lifting and handling equipment, including cranes, forklifts, and specialized transport vehicles.
- Performing routine maintenance, checks, and troubleshooting of handling equipment to ensure operational safety and efficiency.
- Collaborating with engineering and operations teams to streamline logistics and material flow.
- Maintaining accurate records of equipment use and materials handled, and supporting inventory and logistics tasks as needed.
- Adhering strictly to OSHA and Kelly Services safety standards and protocols.
- Have proven experience in heavy handling or a similar technical/mechanical role.
- Are proficient with forklifts, cranes, and other industrial transport equipment.
- Possess a strong safety mindset and are familiar with occupational and facility safety regulations.
- Hold a high school diploma or GED; vocational training or certifications in heavy equipment operation are preferred.
- Excel working collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.
