What's a typical day as a Human Resources Assistant?
You'll be:

  • Supporting recruitment and employment processes, including personnel records management

  • Performing clerical duties such as copying, filing, and responding to inquiries from the public regarding job openings or examinations

  • Sending announcements of job openings or exams, issuing application forms, and screening applicants for education and work experience

  • Administering aptitude, personality, and interest tests, and explaining employment policies to applicants

  • Requesting and verifying references from past or present employers

  • Communicating employment decisions to applicants via phone or letter

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 0–3 years of experience in recruitment, filing, calling, and scheduling interviews

  • Fluent Spanish speaking skills with 3+ years of customer service experience

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Self-motivated with independent problem-solving ability

  • Basic analytical and system navigation skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR data

Additional Details:

  • Part-time, 3-month contract

  • Work onsite in Denver, CO
