Position Details:
- Pay Rate: $20/hour
- Shift: Day shift, 8:30AM-6:00PM
- Competitive pay and consistent schedule

- Gain hands-on experience with employee lifecycle management and HR compliance
- Assist with full-cycle onboarding and new hire orientations
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS/Workday
- Support employee relations and engagement initiatives
- Help facilitate performance review processes for 2025-2026
- Provide compliance support, including I9 and OSHA audits
- Minimum Associate Degree with 2-3 years of Human Resources experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work onsite during scheduled hours (8:30AM–6:00PM)
- High attention to detail and strong support for compliance and engagement
