Position Details:

• Pay Rate: $20/hour
• Shift: Day shift, 8:30AM-6:00PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with full-cycle onboarding and new hire orientations
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS/Workday
• Support employee relations and engagement initiatives
• Help facilitate performance review processes for 2025-2026
• Provide compliance support, including I9 and OSHA audits

To Be a Strong Fit, You'll Need:

• Minimum Associate Degree with 2-3 years of Human Resources experience
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work onsite during scheduled hours (8:30AM–6:00PM)
• High attention to detail and strong support for compliance and engagement
