Location: Jerome, ID (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $50/hour

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to serve as the strategic “people partner” for a manufacturing facility in Jerome, ID. This role is fully onsite and highly visible, reporting directly to Plant Leadership and/or the HR Director. What You'll Do
Talent & Workforce Leadership
- Lead full-cycle plant-level talent acquisition for hourly and salaried roles
- Oversee onboarding, orientation, and workforce planning for short- and long-term plant needs
- Drive succession planning and leadership development initiatives
- Build and sustain a value-driven, inclusive, and high-engagement plant culture
- Coach leaders and managers on performance management, employee relations, and development
- Conduct investigations promptly and fairly
- Administer best-in-class HR programs including compensation, benefits, payroll, and compliance
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws, regulations, and company policies
- Partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and corporate HR teams
- Analyze HR metrics and people data to improve productivity, safety, quality, and retention
- Apply strong change management skills in a dynamic manufacturing environment
- Collaborate with plant leadership to align people strategies with business goals
- Balance strategic thinking with hands-on HR execution as needed
- Minimum 5+ years of HR leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. REQUIRED
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, talent management, compliance, and payroll
- Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced, high-volume plant
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Communications, or related field REQUIRED
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate HR data into plant performance improvements
- Proven experience driving engagement, culture, and change initiatives
