About the Role

We are looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician to ensure our plant equipment operates efficiently and safely. This role involves preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and continuous improvement of production machinery. You'll work closely with the operations team to maintain smooth production and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial and production equipment to ensure continuous operation

  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to improve equipment reliability

  • Document maintenance activities and work orders accurately using SAP

  • Conduct equipment changeovers, rebuilds, and upgrades as needed

  • Follow all SQF, HACCP, and GMP standards to ensure product safety and quality

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards)

  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to meet operational goals

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce breakdowns and improve performance

Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic or Industrial Maintenance Technician

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

  • Working knowledge of SAP or similar maintenance systems

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Commitment to safety, quality, and reliability
