Buscamos un/a Inventory Analyst para nuestra sucursal en Caguas con experiencia en manejo y optimización de inventario. Esta posición es clave para monitorear, analizar y mantener los niveles óptimos de inventario en almacén, minimizando costos y asegurando disponibilidad de productos. El/la candidato/a ideal demostrará habilidades analíticas, manejo de sistemas y capacidad de trabajar en equipo.
Responsabilidades principales:

• Monitorear y analizar niveles de inventario para evitar overstock o faltantes.
• Optimizar eficiencia operativa mediante el análisis de datos y tendencias.
• Predecir necesidades de inventario utilizando tendencias de ventas y estacionalidad.
• Realizar auditorías físicas y conteos cíclicos para asegurar la precisión del inventario.
• Coordinar pedidos, tiempos de entrega y envíos con proveedores/suplidores.
• Mantener y presentar reportes y dashboards actualizados a la gerencia.
• Utilizar software especializado de manejo de inventario para rastrear métricas clave.

Cualificaciones y habilidades requeridas:

• Bachillerato en Supply Chain Management, Administración de Empresas o área relacionada.
• Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en manejo de inventario y análisis de datos.
• Fuertes habilidades analíticas para identificar tendencias y recomendaciones.
• Dominio de Excel y preferiblemente experiencia con sistemas ERP/inventario.
• Atención al detalle y precisión en reportes.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación para colaborar con equipos de logística, procurement y almacén.
