Temporary Position: Record Center Specialist (Inventory Worker)
Location: Edison, NJ 08817
Pay Rate: $19/hour
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (No overtime or weekends)

Are you looking for steady, full-time work in a team-oriented environment? We invite you to join our Record Center Specialist team and play a vital role in helping us manage and maintain our clients' physical assets!
In This Role, You Will:

• Assist with heavy lifting of boxes (30-60 lbs.) and utilize ladders daily
• Process incoming and outgoing physical inventory orders
• Scan barcodes and maintain accurate records of all materials
• Inspect items and resolve discrepancies
• Load/move boxed items and wheeled bins within the facility
• Support internal moves, permanent withdrawals, and special projects
• Uphold company safety standards and maintain a tidy workspace
• Assist with unloading/loading company trucks and maintaining racking
• Accurately complete all paperwork and communicate any challenging order issues to your manager

What We're Looking For:

• Dependable, punctual individuals with reliable transportation
• Ability to perform frequent heavy lifting and safely use a ladder
• Must be presentable—comfortable jeans/cargo pants and steel/composite toe footwear required (We provide company work shirts and all required PPE)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse, inventory, or service-related atmosphere preferred
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
