Kelly Services is hiring for our client, an apartment/condo complex in Honolulu. Are you an experienced janitorial professional who enjoys routine and takes pride in maintaining clean, welcoming spaces? We have a temporary opportunity for part-time or full-time work—perfect if you're looking for steady employment over the next few weeks or months.

Position:
Janitorial – Daily Cleaner (Temporary, Part-Time or Full-Time)

Location:
445 Kaiolu St, Honolulu, HI 96815, United States

Pay:
$18 – $20 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule:

• 3–5 days per week
• 3–4 hours per day
• 16–19 hours per week (possibility of more hours available)
• Morning shift starts anytime between 6am & 10am, based on your availability
• Work shifts scheduled between 6am – 6pm; flexible days/times
• Please list your preferred schedule or any days/times you are unavailable on your application

Job Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
• Clean windows, glass, and mirrors
• Empty trash receptacles; clean and sanitize common areas (pool deck, restrooms, lobby)
• Complete inventory and replenish janitorial supplies
• Perform routine maintenance, such as changing light bulbs
• Follow all safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment
• Notify management of maintenance or repair needs
• Occasionally assist Maintenance Lead with repairs and improvement projects

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning/custodial work preferred
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and equipment
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management
• Physical stamina for repetitive tasks and ability to lift heavy objects as needed
