Legal Receptionist Location: Phoenix, AZ
Pay:$26 an hour 
Fully onsite
Position Overview

We are seeking a professional, organized, and client-focused Legal Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our law firm. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff, and ensure a welcoming and efficient office environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls

  • Schedule client appointments and manage attorney calendars

  • Maintain confidentiality of client and firm information

  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries

  • Prepare, scan, file, and organize legal documents (both physical and electronic)

  • Assist with client intake forms and basic documentation

  • Manage conference room scheduling and meeting preparation

  • Process outgoing mail, including certified and legal correspondence

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and order as needed

  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and paralegals as required

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)

  • 1+ year of receptionist or administrative experience (law firm experience preferred)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
