Kelly Services is now hirng for a Preventative Maintenance Specialist at our customer location in Fall River, MA.
Temp to hire for the right candidate.
1st shift: 6:45AM – 3:15PM
Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
Ability to work any shift and overtime as required
Great interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with various levels of employees
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Great problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Goal oriented self starter with ability to lead
Good working knowledge of G-Suite and CAD
Bachelor's degree in a technical field
Experience in lean manufacturing
Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
Basic knowledge of PLC and robotics
The Maintenance Specialist will work closely with then PM pillar lead initiating safety, quality,
delivery, cost and moral initiatives related to equipment at the Fall River operation. The
maintenance specialist will be in charge of creating standard maintenance procedures (SMPs)
related to Time Base Maintenance (TBM) Preventative maintenance activities (PMs). The
specialist will be responsible for tracking and calculating Stand Alone Overall Equipment
Efficiency (SAOEE), Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF), and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR)
for plant equipment. This position will work closely with AM specialist, Safety specialist and
other pillars coordinating activities per World Class Manufacturing (WCM) standards. Working
knowledge of SAP and G-Suites are necessary in order to track work tickets and Emergency
Work Orders (EWOs).
