Job Description – Position Summary:

  • Provide administrative and operational support for logistics, trade compliance, and site operations
  • Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for operational and compliance documents
  • Manage document flow to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely distribution
  • Review import/export documentation (invoices, packing lists, BOLs, COO, AES/EEI) for accuracy and compliance
  • Archive and maintain records for audits, inspections, and internal reviews
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory documentation, and cycle count records
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff, freight forwarders, and carriers to align shipment documentation
  • Track shipments and communicate status updates across internal teams
  • Support onboarding documentation for vendors, visitors, and contractors
  • Provide administrative support during audits and compliance reviews
  • Use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) to prepare reports, logs, and tracking tools
Additional Details:
  • Shift Hours: 8am–4pm
  • Onsite position
  • Can convert to FTE
  • Interviews: In person
