Description

Are you detail-oriented and reliable? We are seeking a Machine Operator to join our dynamic industrial embroidery team. In this role, you will operate commercial embroidery machines to customize apparel, accessories, and other textiles according to precise design specifications. If you have a keen eye for detail and thrive in a fast-paced production environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Schedule /Pay Rate/Compensation:
Monday-Friday 5:00 am-8:00pm (must be flexible within these hours + OT)
Pay rate: $14.00 - $16.00 an hour – based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, and monitor multi-head embroidery machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Read and interpret production orders and embroidery run sheets accurately.
  • Load and hoop garments or fabric items to ensure proper alignment.
  • Thread machines and change needles, bobbins, or thread colors as required.
  • Inspect finished products for quality assurance, confirming correct design placement and stitching quality.
  • Perform routine maintenance on embroidery machines, including cleaning and oiling to maintain functionality.
  • Report any machine malfunctions or product defects to the supervisor promptly.
  • Assist in packing, folding, or tagging embroidered items as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior experience operating industrial or commercial embroidery machines is a plus.
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions, measurements, and job specifications accurately.
  • Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Team-oriented with good communication skills.
